Hart Home Improvements did a fantastic job finishing our basement. Scottie Hart is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His attention to detail helped make the transformation from a basement to a lower level a very minor inconvenience. Any obstacles we were challenged with e.g. water pipes, pumps, duct work were handled efficiently and elegantly. The quality and overall workmanship are absolutely top-rate. If given the opportunity to have similar work done at our or a new residence, they, without question, would be the first ones we’d call.
