Johnson City

We used Scottie and his crew for replacement windows and repair and bath remodeling in an old home in Johnson City. They did great work in a timely manner around a shift worker's schedule. The job site was cleaned up daily, workers were respectful, and Scottie kept us improved every step in the process. His estimates were accurate and there no surprises when the invoices came. We have worked with several contractors through the years on different homes and Scottie is one of the best.

We utilized Hart Home improvement for a total master bathroom redo. They gutted the entire room and basically reworked our bathroom to fit our needs and expectations perfectly. Scotty and his entire crew were extremely professional, timely, and very clean during the 8 week project. We would highly recommend their work and craftsmanship.

Johnson City Tree Streets

My project: demolish and rebuild a room that had been added on to my 90-year-old house. Mr. Hart met me and looked over the room and made suggestions about how to go about implementing my plan. His suggestions were excellent and addressed several areas that I had not considered. Within a week he sent me an estimate and a time for when he could begin. His crew, Bobby, Chad, and B.J. were excellent workers. They were fast but methodical in approaching every aspect of the job. They were careful, studied problems such as mating a new addition to an old house that was no longer square. Occasionally when considering how to approach an issue, they would consult with Mr. Hart who worked with them about how best to handle it. Mr. Hart and the crew are all very friendly and personable. When I made a suggestion about a change, the crew very readily accepted my request with no complaint, no sighs, no frowns: "Whatever you want, Mr. Branscomb." The final cost came very close to Mr. Hart's original estimate. I have already spoken with Mr. Hart about future projects. I give my whole-hearted recommendation to Hart Home Improvements.
